KBB partner consortium has issued a KBB handbook: Knowledge for business in border regions where you can find all the information regarding knowledge transfer. In 9 different modules (most of them written in english) various experts present different aspects of knowledge transfer; providing useful information to national authorities/organisations/individuals on:
