Plastika Skaza d.o.o. has 42 injection moulding machines that enables the mass production of products made of plastic materials with the injection moulding technology for all areas of the industry: electric power industry, automotive industry, furniture industry, production of household appliances and general consumption.

The general objectives of the project are:

• Improvement and development of their own production units
• Establishment and enhancement of partner connections with R&D institutions
• Networking with complementary organisations
• Branding of company and its products (field of eco-friendly products)

What they expect from TTF is that he/she would help them with an overview of the current situation in company (organisational, market, manufacturing, R&R aspect) and based on the results:

• help them speed up the process of designing their own brand products
• Help them disseminate and raise the eco-state of mind in Slovenia
• Help them set foundations for future R&D activities on the field of product optimisation and its manufacturing process.
