Green technologies - opportunity and challenge

held on 2nd March 2011 in Hotel Livada Prestige, Terme 3000, Moravske Toplice, SI.

Concern for the future has led to research on the use of renewable energy sources and the development of new, more efficient and environmentally friendly technologies to generate clean energy. What are the potentials at our disposal? What is their economic justification and are we able to exploit that potential? Does this influence the price of food? The answers on these issues we will look at the conference.

The conference was aimed at informing the different actors that can actively affect the use of these technologies. Invited were investors interested in building power plants, businesses, farmers, cooperatives, advisors, mayors, and the relevant ministries.
